I did the majority of these from the same bench in a corner of the Hall of Greek statues at the Met. The two on the lower right page were from a bench in the center of the gallery.
On the drive back from Flagstaff to Chandler we got stuck in traffic on the side of a mountain outside Sedona. It was the most beatiful traffic jam ever and I got to scratch these out.
While in Arizona, Allan and I went to a dance lesson with my Mom and Stepdad. There were lots of sketching opportunties but I didn't capture the rhinestone saddles on the ceiling or the mechanical bull. I wish I'd had my camera.
