awkward on camera

A few months ago, I was interviewed at King Con by William Wrigley and Lisanne McTernan for a class on visual cultures. And guess what? Parts of my interview made it into the final cut! I'm only moderately awkward, and the best part (in my opinion) is the footage of the ABC No Rio zine archive.

Also, you should come out this Saturday to the awesome Brooklyn comic shop Rocketship from 4-6 pm for a book release party for Raina Telgemeier's "Smile"!

Cool mini-documentary. Alisa, you came across quite well, by the way! This blog has been a happy respite from the winter doldrums.
