Some more ink sketches from the Museum of Natural History last week.
Here's a photo from outside the museum that afternoon. I got a lucky shot with those pigeons flying through.

Hall of Biodiversity
Yesterday I did more sketching at the Museum of Natural History with some animation friends. The following are my favorites from the Hall of Biodiversity. They were done in blue col-erase pencil and ink with watercolor in a Moleskine sketchbook.

Hourly Comics Day 2015
Wow, I've been doing Hourly Comics Day since 2008! The idea is that you do a panel (or more) of comics for each hour you're awake on February 1st. This year I was visiting family in Pennsylvania where I grew up. Enjoy these panels of my day that were mostly inked on a bumpy bus ride.
You can see my previous Hourly Comics here: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.
Here is a photo of Allan and I at Harvey's Lake on Saturday and one of Moe "helping" me draw some panels after I got home last night.

Museum of Natural History sketches
I spent yesterday afternoon at the Museum of Natural History with my friend Cynthea. Here are some of my favorite sketches from the day. These were all drawn with a Pentel pocket brush pen and some white colored pencil in a 5x4 inch sketchbook. I also learned a new word at the museum: Pronking!
